Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

  • • None fuls chocolate
  • • None fuls sugar
  • • None ful hot milk
  • • None ful cornstarch
  • • None egg yolks
  • • None little cold milk
  • • None ful vanilla
  • • None salt
  • • None whites of eggs for meringue
  • • None fuls powdered sugar

Instructions

Step 1. Grate 3 tablespoonfuls of chocolate, melt over hot water

Step 2. Blend with it 4 tablespoonfuls of sugar and add gradually 1 cupful of hot milk

Step 3. Put into a double boiler，and when scalding hot add 1 teaspoonful of of cornstarch blended with 3 egg yolks and a little cold milk

Step 4. Cook for 5 minutes

Step 5. Add 1 teaspoonful of vanilla and a pinch of salt and pour into the baked crust

Step 6. Cover with a meringue made with the whites of the eggs

Step 7. add 3 tablespoonfuls of powdered sugar; dust well with sugar and brown in a moderate oven
