Sauce for Boiled Fish

Ingredients

  • • None 2 tablespoonfuls butter 1 pint of water in which fish was
  • • None 2 tablespoonfuls flour boiled
  • • None 1 egg i teaspoonful salt
  • • None Mix butter and flour, add water and egg; let boil until a thick

Instructions

Step 1. cream, stirring until smooth. Garnish with hard boiled egg, sliced, and a few sprigs of parsley.
