Beefsteak with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

  • • None Stew the mushrooms in i cup water until tender, drain and let
  • • None stand until cold. Then pour into them a cup of cream, or 1/2
  • • None cup of the water in which they were cooked, a tablespoonful of
  • • None butter rolled in flour, 1 teaspoonful salt, a dash of cayenne;
