Ingredients

  • • None 2 cups cold boiled hominy 3 well beaten eggs
  • • None 2 tablespoonfiils melted butter 1 cup sweet milk

Instructions

Step 1. Mix thoroughly, season with salt and pepper; bake in buttered pan for 1/2 hour.
