Ingredients

  • • None 2 cups of milk 1 teaspoonful salt, and pinch of
  • • None 1 cup of cold water soda
  • • None 2 eggs 1 tablespoonful sugar
  • • None 1 yeast cake flour to make a stiff batter

Instructions

Step 1. Mix all the ingredients except the eggs into a sponge, and set

Step 2. to rise over night, dissolving the yeast cake in lukewarm water.

Step 3. In the morning, beat the eggs very light, put in mixture and beat well with a spoon, add the soda dissolved in a little hot water, and bake in quick oven in gem pans.
