  • • None 1/4 teaspoonful of salt 2 eggs
  • • None 1 tablespoonful butter melted
  • • None Sift the flour, add the salt. Beat the egg separately to the yolk,

Step 1. add the milk and stir in the flour, then the melted butter. Beat

Step 2. the white stiff and beat into the batter and fry in deep hot fat.
