Ingredients

  • • None Take 1/2 pound cheese, cut in small pieces and melt it in a sauce
  • • None pan and add 1 tablespoonful butter, when about melted, 2 eggs
  • • None beaten, without separating. Mix well, and add 4 tablespoonfuls

Instructions

Step 1. cream, stir and cook until smooth, season with salt and a dash of cayenne and serve on crackers.
