Ingredients

  • • None 1/2 cup butter 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Step 1. Rub the butter in a bowl until creamy; add the sugar gradually,

Step 2. then the flavoring (a tablespoonful of brandy, if you use it) or a

Step 3. teaspoonful vanilla. A little nutmeg may be grated over the top. Put in a cold place to harden. Serve with hot pudding.
