Rice Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • • None Scald 1 quart of milk with 2 squares of melted chocolate. Add
  • • None to it a cup of cooked rice, and a cup sugar, and yolks of 4 eggs
  • • None well beaten, put in a well greased baking dish and bake. Whip
  • • None the remaining whites to a stiff froth, pile on top of the pudding.

Instructions

Step 1. Sprinkle with sugar and set in the oven to brown. Serve cold with cream.
