Sweet Potato Custard Pie

Ingredients

  • • None 4 sweet potatoes 1 cup milk
  • • None 1 tablespoonful butter 3 tablespoonfuls sugar
  • • None 3 eggs

Instructions

Step 1. Bake the potatoes, mash, beat into them butter, sugar, beaten

Step 2. eggs, not separated, and gradually the milk; flavor to taste, and fill a good puff paste, and bake in a moderate oven until the custard sets.
