Step 1. Heat milk until lukewarm; add sugar and flavoring, stirring

Step 2. until sugar is dissolved; add the rennet and pour into dish in

Step 3. which it is to be served. Serve plain or with cream and sugar.

Step 4. Junket tablets may be used instead of liquid rennet.
