• None Mash i pint of strawberry until smooth, and sweeten. Beat
• None the whites of 2 eggs to a froth, and add by degrees the fruit,

Instructions

Step 1. beat until stiff. Serve in glasses. Any fruit or jam may be used,

Step 2. and it can be floated on cream or custard or plain.
