Ingredients

  • • None 1 cup butter 1 teaspoonful soda dissolved in
  • • None 1 cup molasses hot water
  • • None 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoonful cinnamon
  • • None 1 cup sour milk or buttermilk 4 eggs
  • • None 1 tablespoonful ginger 4 cups flour
