Ingredients

  • • None 3 eggs large cup of flour (sifted)
  • • None 2 tablespoonfuls sugar 1 teaspoonful of cream of tartar
  • • None flavor to taste lemon or vanilla 1/4 teaspoonful soda
  • • None Cream the yolks (well-beaten) with the sugar, add the flour

Instructions

Step 1. sifted with the cream of tartar, dissolve the soda in a little water,

Step 2. flavor, beat the whites to a stiff froth. Drop in butter pans in a quick oven.
