Ingredients

  • • None 2 cups sugar I teaspoonful cream of tartar
  • • None 1/4 cup water (scant) flavor to taste

  • • None Boil the sugar with the water until it spins a thread without

Instructions

Step 1. stirring, and pour it in the thinnest possible stream on the well- beaten whites, into which has been beaten the cream of tartar,

Step 2. and beat constantly. Stand away in a cold place until ready to use.
