Oatmeal Macaroons

Ingredients

  • • None 2i cups of rolled oats 1 cup sugar
  • • None 2i teaspoonfuls baking powder 3 eggs, beaten separately
  • • None 1/2 teaspoonful salt 1 teaspoonful vanilla
  • • None 3 level tablespoonfuls butter

Instructions

Step 1. Cream the butter, add the sugar and beaten egg yolks, then

Step 2. oatmeal, salt and baking powder, then the vanilla, and last egg

Step 3. whites; drop in very small bits on a shallow butter pan, 3
