Flaxseed Tea

Ingredients

  • • None Pick over 1 tablespoonful of flaxseed. Put into a strainer
  • • None and pour cold water over it. Put the flaxseed with 2 cups cold
  • • None water into a sauce pan and boil 1 hour. Add more water as it
  • • None boils away. There should be two cups when the tea is cooked.

Instructions

Step 1. Strain, add lemon juice and sugar to taste, and serve hot or cold.
