Step 3. and boil gently until tender, but not soft. Remove from kettle,
Step 4. and continue until all the fruit is used. Pour back from the jar
Step 5. all the syrup which has drained from the fruit and boil until it thickens. Pour over the fruit, and seal the jars. Fruit may be pared or not.
